As a second generation contractor in the business Dylan is closely connected to all aspects of Howard Homes. He attends sales meetings, owner walk-throughs, closings, and project meetings with employees and trades people. His mission is to find the best quality and pricing on the materials and labor used in building your home, as well as implementing green building principles specific to each project.

Heidi will work closely with you throughout the building process providing information on which showrooms to visit for flooring, plumbing, appliances, cabinet hardware and paint; as well as guide you through the change order process.

Sarah has many responsibilities including accounts payables and receivables, job costing and tracking allowance items, keeping in touch with your mortgage company, and preparing the closing date with all necessary parties including the title company.
