We want to thank you and your entire crew for a wonderful building experience. As we said before, friends warned us that building would be a horrible headache and asked why would we want to expose ourselves to such headaches at this stage of our lives. It was not horrible and it was not a headache. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at Howard Homes, Inc., especially Heidi. What we liked was the fact that you listened to us. We loved that we were able to use some of our own suppliers and buy our own light fixtures, and save ourselves some dollars. We appreciate the quality of home you build. Everyone that visits is extremely impressed with that!
Also, thanks again for the toolbox. The items in it have come in very handy since we moved in. It was thoughtful!
We hope 2005 is another successful year for each of you at Howard Homes, Inc. Don’t change your attention to craftsmanship or to the customer, it makes you and your company exceptional!
